中国人民志愿军各参战部队十分重视战士文化知识的教育和学习。该文从甘肃河西走廊地区抗美援朝老兵口述史料入手,重点考析了志愿军部队重视战士文化学习的相关举措、志愿军战士文化学习方式和途径,探究了志愿军重视文化水平提升的重要意义,阐释了志愿军战士文化学习给战争的胜利和抗美援朝精神构成的作用。

The participating units of the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army attach great importance to the education and learning of soldiers’ cultural knowledge.Starting with the oral historical data of veterans in the Hexi Corridor Area of Gansu Province in the war to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea,this paper focuses on the relevant measures of the volunteer army to pay attention to the cultural learning of soldiers,the ways and means of the volunteer army’s cultural learning,explores the significance of the volunteer army’s attention to the improvement of cultural level,and explains the role of the volunteer army’s cultural learning in the victory of the war and the spirit of resisting US aggression and aid Korea.
