乡村振兴视域下非物质文化遗产的保护与传承

Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略,将其作为我国建成社会主义现代化强国的重要内容,乡村文化振兴必然成为乡村振兴的题中之义。非物质文化遗产是乡村文化发展的内驱力,蕴含着丰富的乡村文化,具有多元价值。当下,非物质文化遗产传承和发展遭遇困境,传承断层、保护与利用不当等问题制约着乡村振兴的脚步。因此,应该在习近平文化遗产观的基础之上,努力破解乡村非物质文化遗产复兴的矛盾,建立健全相关法规,激活主体力量,增强村民的文化认同感,是实现非物质文化遗产助力乡村振兴的有效途径。

The Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy as an important part of building China into a socialist modern power. The revitalization of rural culture is bound to become the meaning of Rural Revitalization. Intangible cultural heritage is the internal driving force of rural cultural development. It contains rich rural culture and has multiple values. At present, the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage is in a dilemma, and problems such as inheritance fault, improper protection and utilization restrict the pace of rural revitalization. Therefore, on the basis of Xi Jinping’s view of cultural heritage, efforts should be made to solve the contradiction of revitalization of rural intangible cultural heritage. Establish and improve relevant laws and regulations, activate the main force, and enhance the cultural identity of villagers, which is an effective way to achieve the revitalization of rural intangible cultural heritage.
