基层公共图书馆服务乡村振兴策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Primary-Level Public Libraries Serving Rural Revitalization

围绕乡村振兴战略的实施,基层公共图书馆在服务乡村振兴战略中应当有所作为,这是基层公共图书馆发展的使命所驱。该文通过剖析基层公共图书馆服务乡村振兴存在的问题,从政策、法律及使命要求等方面对基层公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略的可行性进行了分析,结合基层公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略的总体要求,提出了基层公共图书馆服务乡村振兴战略的可行性策略。

With the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, primary-level public libraries should make some contributions, which is decided by their mission. By analyzing the existing problems of primary-level public libraries, this paper analyzes the feasibility of primary-level public libraries serving Rural Revitalization Strategy from the aspects of policy, law and mission requirements. In combination with the overall requirements of primary-level public libraries, some feasible strategies for primary-level public libraries in serving Rural Revitalization Strategy have been put forward.
