摘要 近年来,“生本教育”理念受到了我国教育界的广泛推崇。在这种背景下,开展师范职业教育管理工作,突出学生的个性化发展,不仅关系学生的全面发展,更关系着教师的全面发展。根据教育管理工作实践,开展“还课于生”课堂教学改革,既满足了社会经济的发展需要,又迎合了师范职业教育发展的时代需求。在当前教育背景下,应充分挖掘现代教育技术的优势,并应用于师范教育,真正放权给学生,引导其积极参与到教育实践中,从而提高课堂教学实效性。基于此,该文在当前师范职业教育的课程现状及改革意义的基础上,分析“还课于生”课堂教学改革的基本理念及框架,提出课程改革的具体实践,能够为未来的研究提供参考借鉴。 In recent years, the concept of student-centered education has become popular in Chinese educational circles. Under this context, carrying out the management of normal vocational education and highlighting the personality development of students concerns both the overall development of students and that of teachers. According to the practice of education management, the classroom teaching reform of returning class to students not only meets the needs of social and economic development, but also the development of normal vocational education. Under the background of current education, it is very important to explore the advantages of modern educational technology, and make sure they are applied in normal education. Moreover, choices should be made by students, and teachers should guide them to actively participate in educational practice so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Based on this, the paper analyzes the basic concepts and frameworks of the classroom teaching reform of returning class to students from current curriculum situation and the significance of reform in normal vocational education. The specific practice of curriculum reform has been put forward to provide reference for future studies.
