广州是改革开放的前沿阵地,经济社会文化等各方面因素的共同作用促进了广州志愿服务的发展和广州志愿模式的形成。广州志愿服务的特点是参与人数多,志愿组织类型多且灵活、调动资源能力强,志愿服务涉及生活各个领域、覆盖各个群体,志愿服务促进了各类资源的下沉,协调了各阶层以及陌生人之间的社会关系,促进了社会和谐,彰显了城市文明进步。广州志愿文化体系的构建特点可以归纳为政府引领、社会协同、民间自主参与,有力地促进了社会第三次分配的实现。

Guangzhou is the forefront of reform and opening up. The joint action of economic, social and cultural factors has promoted the development of voluntary service in Guangzhou and the formation of voluntary model in Guangzhou. Guangzhou’s voluntary service is characterized by a large number of participants, various types of voluntary organizations and strong ability to mobilize resources. Voluntary service involves all areas of life and covers all groups.Voluntary service promotes the sinking of all kinds of resources, coordinates the social relations between all levels and strangers, promotes social harmony and highlights the progress of urban civilization. The construction characteristics of Guangzhou volunteer culture system can be summarized as government guidance, social coordination and private independent participation, which effectively promoted the realization of the third social distribution.
