中国—中东欧国家合作平台运行10年来,扎根务实合作、坚持创新驱动、共商共建共享,促进了中国同中东欧国家各领域合作,丰富了多边主义的实践,成为中欧关系发展的重要组成部分和跨区域合作的典范。与此同时,随着中美博弈、中欧竞争的加剧,特别是新冠肺炎疫情和乌克兰危机升级等引发世界变局加速演进,给中国—中东欧国家合作带来了前所未有的挑战与困难。为助力中国—中东欧国家合作行稳致远,在新的征程上,中国应坚定不移地推进务实合作和精准合作,使合作成果惠及不同国家、不同人群,构建中国—中东欧国家合作的利益共同体。

Over the past ten years,the platform for the cooperation between China and countries in Central and Eastern Europe has become an essential component of China-EU relations and a paradigm for transregional cooperation as 2022 is the tenth anniversary of the commencement of cooperation between China and CEE countries.The cooperation is facing unprecedented challenges and difficulties as the world is changing at a more rapid pace due to the intensifying China-US and China-Europe competition,and in particular the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the escalating Ukraine crisis.It is advisable for China to boost pragmatic and specifically targeted cooperation in the interest of diverse nations and groups of people,and to establish a community of shared interests for China-CEE cooperation in the new era in order to facilitate their cooperation and meet long-run objectives.
