新型冠状病毒成为近两年来的高频词汇,尤其是疫情对实体经济带来明显的负面影响,疫情导致企业延迟复工,供应链受到影响,如何破局成为当下关键。基于此,本文探索了管理创新路径,以减轻疫情冲击,并提出了疫情影响下中小皮革企业管理对策,旨在帮助企业以更高效、敏捷的速度保障生产任务,在当今实体经济高质量发展浪潮下快速发展。

COVID-19 has become a high-frequency word in the past two years. In particular, the epidemic has had a significant negative impact on the real economy. The epidemic has delayed the resumption of work of enterprises and affected the supply chain. How to break the situation has become the key. Based on this, this paper explored the management innovation path to reduce the impact of the epidemic, and put forward the management countermeasures of small and medium-sized leather enterprises under the influence of the epidemic, in order to help enterprises ensure production tasks at a more efficient and agile speed and develop rapidly under the high-quality development wave of today’s real economy.
