洗涤对鞋面用拒水拒油织物性能的影响

Effect of Washing on Properties of Oil-and Water-Repellent Fabric for Vamp

探究了鞋面用拒水拒油棉织物在洗涤过程中物理性能的保持情况。测试了不同洗涤次数后织物的拒水性能、拒油性能、折痕回复角、耐磨性能、断裂强力等性能,对拒水拒油织物在洗涤过程中性能的变化进行分析。结果表明:鞋面用拒水拒油棉织物的拒水性能、拒油性能随洗涤次数的增加而降低;耐磨性能和透湿性能随洗涤次数增加而增强,洗涤15次后两种性能均减弱;折痕回复角、透气性随洗涤次数增加而降低,洗涤15次后透气率提升;织物单位面积质量、断裂强力、撕破强力、抗紫外性能无明显变化。

The oil-and water-repellent fabric for vamp was washed for different times, and angle of recovery, abrasion resistance and maximum force of oil-and water-repellent fabric for vamp with different washing times, the change of the properties of oil-and water-repellent fabric during washing was analyzed. The results show that the water-repellent and oil-repellent properties of water-repellent fabric decrease with the increase of washing times, wear resistance and water-vapour transmission increase with washing times, after washing for 15 times, both properties are weakened. The crease angle of recovery and air permeability decrease with the increase of washing times, and the air permeability increases after washing 15 times. The mass per unit area, maximum force, tear properties and solar ultraviolet radiation protective properties have no significant change.
