摘要
通过可逆加成-断裂链转移自由基(RAFT)聚合诱导自组装(PISA)制备了亲水/疏油纳米水分散乳液。首先将丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和聚(乙二醇)甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGMA_(400))通过RAFT法进行三元共聚制备出新型亲水性大分子链转移剂,然后在水溶液中与甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBMA)继续反应,利用PISA在不外加乳化剂的条件下,最终制备了具有稳定纳米水分散性的亲水疏油含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物。详细考察了甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBMA)含量对乳液聚合和乳液涂层的表面亲水疏油性的影响,以及对材料表面润湿性的调控作用。为制备可水分散且亲水疏油性可调控的聚合物提供了一条新思路。
The hydrophilic/oleophobic nano-water dispersion emulsion was prepared by RAFT polymerization induced self-assembly(PISA).First,a copolymer of acrylic acid(AA),2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and poly(ethylene glycol)methacrylate(PEGMA_(400))was synthesized through RAFT polymerization as hydrophilic chain transfer agent(CTA-M).Then the CTA-M continued to react with 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(HFBMA)in an aqueous solution.The polymerization-induced self-assembly(PISA)was used to prepare a fluoroalkyl acrylate nano-water dispersion emulsion without adding an emulsifier.The contact angle test results show that the coating has oleophobic/hydrophilic properties.Meanwhile,The emulsion polymerization and surface wettability of the emulsion coating were also controlled by the HFBMA content.This thesis provided a new idea for the preparation of water dispersible polymer with tunable hydrophilic and oleophobic properties.
