With the improvement of China’s economic level,people’s living standards are rising,cars are becoming more and more popular in families,and people’s requirements for car design are getting higher and higher.In order to seize market opportunities,the automotive R&D team has undertaken heavy and urgent R&D tasks.How to mobilize and balance human resources according to R&D tasks,how to ensure the stability of the core combat effectiveness of the R&D team,and how to accurately motivate key members,etc.,are discussed.An objective evaluation system is particularly important.The study tries to create a R&D empowerment management system based on Internet+ and gamification+,create a new incentive environment for the R&D team,and make employees feel happy and fulfilled so as to significantly improve the efficiency of personnel management,thereby saving management costs.
