摘要
本文介绍了统计过程控制SPC 工具在提升扭矩拧紧过程稳定性方面的应用,并结合汽车制造生产过程的实际问题,从背景介绍到原因分析、措施制定和实施、再到效果跟踪和总结推广,将SPC工具在整个实际问题分析解决中的应用做了详细介绍。通过应用SPC对过程能力进行分析,结合控制图判异准则进行异常识别,起到了过程监控和提前预防的作用,保证了产品关键扭矩质量的可靠性和稳定性。
This paper introduces the application of statistical process control SPC tools in improving the stability of the torque tightening process,and combines the actual problems of the automobile manufacturing production process,from background introduction to cause analysis,measure formulation and implementation,to effect tracking and summary promotion.The application of SPC tool in the whole practical problem analysis and solution is introduced in detail.Through the application of SPC to analyze the process capability,combined with the control chart discrimination criteria for abnormal identification,the application of SPC plays the role of process monitoring and early prevention,and ensures the reliability and stability of the key torque quality of the product.
