博世控制系统在汽车焊接领域的应用

摘要 随着自动化技术和机器人技术突破性发展,汽车制造中由机器人代替人工作业成为主流趋势。通过对汽车焊接控制系统的升级,以保证机器人焊接过程中焊点的精确性、稳定性和可靠性,对提升汽车焊接效率和质量具有关键作用和价值。文章以博世控制系统在汽车焊接领域的应用进行论述,主要包括博世控制系统的各组件的网络通讯、BOS6000软件程序设计及参数设定和博世控制系统的故障分析及处理方法。重点研究了利用BOS6000专业软件的控制器设计、电流标定方法及分段压力响应机制,进行焊接工艺优化和软件程序设计。通过博世控制在焊接车间生产线是实践检验,能够减少控制系统故障率和停车率,提升系统稳定性和焊接精度。 With the breakthrough development of automation technology and robot technology,the replacement of manual work by robots in automobile manufacturing has become the mainstream trend.Upgrading the automotive welding control system to ensure the accuracy,stability and reliability of the solder joints in the robot welding process,plays a key role in improving the efficiency and quality of automotive welding.The article discusses the application of Bosch control system in the field of automobile welding,mainly including the network communication of each component of the Bosch control system,the BOS6000 software program design and parameter setting,and the failure analysis and processing method of the Bosch control system.The focus is on the controller design,current calibration method and segmental pressure response mechanism using BOS6000 professional software for welding process optimization and software program design.Controlling the production line in the welding workshop by Bosch is a practical test,which can reduce the failure rate and shutdown rate of the control system,and improve the system stability and welding accuracy.
