摘要
为了使电子产品在车内稳定可靠的运行,国内各大车厂都发布了相应的EMC实验标准。车上所有电子产品量产前性能必须符合相应的EMC实验标准。本文从东风某款汽车空调触摸开关被ESD静电干扰导致故障的案例出发,分析并计算了本产品不满足对应ESD等级的原因。提出了一系列方案去实验验证,并从工艺、经济角度出发,选取最优的整改方案。
In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of electronic products in the car,domestic major automobile manufacturers have issued the corresponding EMC test standards.All electronic products on board must meet the corresponding EMC test standards before mass production.In this paper,starting from the case of the fault caused by ESD static interference of the air conditioner touch switch of a Certain Dongfeng automobile,the reason why the product did not meet the corresponding ESD level was analyzed and calculated.A series of schemes are put forward for experimental verification,and the optimal rectification scheme is selected from the perspective of technology and economy.
