摘要 为满足日趋严格的油耗CAFA积分要求及电动车续航旅程焦虑,通过降低轮胎滚阻来实现整车油耗及电耗的降低,显然是未来轮胎开发的一种趋势。但考虑低滚阻轮胎会导致操控平顺性、NVH、制动性能的损失,如何保证在开发低滚阻轮胎的同时,又兼顾其他性能,是后续车型必须考虑的。本文介绍了某项目低滚阻轮胎开发过程中的性能平衡案例。结果表明,在开发低滚阻轮胎的同时,可通过性能平衡,最终达成各性能的相对竞争力。 In order to meet the requirements of fuel consumption of CAFA and the worry of the electric vehicle biggest continue voyage course,it is obviously a trend to reduce the tire rolling resistance that could been benefit to the fuel consumption and power consumption.However,considering that low rolling resistance tires will lead to the loss of Handlling,Ride,NVH,and brake performance,how to ensure the development of low rolling resistance tires while taking into account other performances must be considered.This paper introduces a case of performance balance in the development of low rolling resistance tires for a project.The results show that while developing low rolling resistance tires,the relative of each performance can be achieved through performance balance.
