汽车行业科学技术迅速发展,消费者对汽车舒适性越来越高。汽车空调最主要的功能是控制汽车内的温度,还可按驾驶员随时调节制冷和制热功能,在前档起雾的时候还可以除霜,保证行车安全。本文主要介绍空调系统组成以及空调不制冷故障检修方法,并以五菱征途皮卡车汽车空调为例,通过某车型汽车的空调故障现象,分析故障具体原因,以及分析步骤,用一个典型案例讲诉汽车空调故障排除方法。

With the rapid development of science and technology in the automotive industry,consumers are becoming more and more comfortable with cars.The main function of the car air conditioner is to control the temperature in the car.It can also adjust the cooling and heating functions at any time according to the driver.When the front gear fogs up,it can also defrost to ensure driving safety.This paper mainly introduces the composition of the air-conditioning system and the troubleshooting method for the failure of the air-conditioning to cool.Taking the air-conditioning of the Wuling Zhengtu pickup truck as an example,through the air-conditioning failure phenomenon of a certain type of car,the specific causes of the failure and the analysis steps are analyzed,and a typical case is used to show the air conditioning troubleshooting methods.
