大采高工作面小(无)煤柱开采技术适应性研究 被引量:6

Adaptability of mining technology with small(no) coal pillar in large mining height face

摘要 为了延长矿井服务年限,以山西福达煤矿15202工作面为例,从小(无)煤柱开采技术角度研究资源回收率提升的可行性。根据该工作面开采条件,分别设计了小煤柱护巷、沿空留巷、沿空留墙技术方案,并从技术、安全、经济三方面对各方案进行分析,结果表明:小煤柱护巷实施难度最低,投资少见效快,安全性较好,但长期效益最低;沿空留墙受扩巷施工制约,短期效益较低,但安全性最高;沿空留巷受扩巷及回风系统施工影响,短期效益最低,巷道二次复用维护难度较高,但长期效益最高。考虑到矿井短期内如采用沿空留墙、沿空留巷两方案将严重制约矿井整体效益,最终决定15202工作面采用小煤柱开采技术,后期采掘接续紧张局面得到缓解后再改用沿空留巷布置方式。 In order to prolong the service life of the mine,taking the 15202 working face of Fuda Mine in Shanxi as an example,feasibility of improving the resource recovery rate was studied from the perspective of small(no)pillar mining technology.According to the mining conditions of the working face,the technical schemes of small chain pillar,gob-side wall retaining and gob-side entry retaining are designed,respectively.And each scheme is analyzed in view of technology,safety and economy.The results show that,small chain pillar scheme has the lowest implementation difficulty,less investment and quicker results,better safety,but the the long-term benefit is the lowest;gob-side wall retaining is restricted by the construction of roadway expansion,so the short-term benefit is low,but it is the safest scheme;gob-side entry retaining is affected by roadway expansion and air return system construction,the short-term benefit is the lowest,the reuse and maintenance of the entry is more difficult,but the long-term benefit is the highest.Considering that the latter two schemes seriously restrict the overall benefits of the mine in short term,finally,the small-pillar mining technology was adopted.The gob-side wall retaining can be used when the tension of tunneling-mining alternation is relieved in later stage.
