摘要
为探讨厚煤层孤岛工作面采动下巷道围岩变形破碎严重,锚固结构易失效等难题,以下沟煤矿ZF303运输巷为研究背景,通过围岩分析、现场钻孔窥视监测确定了影响运输巷围岩变形严重的主要因素。基于现场提出“锚网索+钢带+金属网+注浆”联合支护技术对巷道进行加固,并通过FLAC^(3D)软件模拟证明其可行性。现场监测结果表明:与未修复加固段巷道相比,巷道注浆加固段顶板、底板和两帮最大变形量明显减少,巷道围岩裂隙基本被浆液充填,巷道围岩变形基本得到控制。
Aiming at the serious deformation and breakage of roadway surrounding rock,and frequent failure of the bolting structure under mining in isolated working face of thick coal seam,surround rock analysis and borehole peeping are carried out in the ZF303 transport lane of Xiagou Coal Mine,to determine the main factors affecting the surrounding rock deformation.A combined support technology is proposed to reinforce the roadway,comprising anchor net cable,steel belt,metal net and grouting,and the feasibility is proved by FLAC^(3D) simulation.The field monitoring results show that the maximum deformation of roof,floor and side walls in the grouting reinforced section is significantly reduced compared with that in unreinforced section.The cracks in the surrounding rock are mostly filled by the grouts,and overall stability of the surrounding rock is maintained.
