采空区下泥质软岩巷道底鼓机理与联合支护技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对采空区下近距离泥质软岩大巷存在底鼓严重、巷道维护困难等问题,分析了巷道围岩失稳的主要因素,基于Mohr-Coulomb强度准则,利用反演法得到地应力场的分布特征;采用研究平面应变问题的方法,确定巷道与煤层间的扰动尺度;根据矿井首采区1煤集中大巷的实际情况,对巷道底鼓机理进行分析,明确底鼓类型;基于关键部位支护原理,提出合理的支护方案。数值模拟结果表明,优化后的支护方案使围岩变形和底鼓得到有效控制,围岩完整程度显著提高,保证矿井安全生产。 Aiming at the serious floor heave and difficult roadway maintenance in centralized roadway under goaf with argillaceous soft rock,the main factors of the surrounding rock instability were analyzed.Based on the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion,the inversion method was used to characterize the in-situ stress field.The research method for plane strain problem was used to determine the disturbance scale between the roadway and coal seam.According to the actual situation of the concentrated roadway in the first mining district of No.1 coal seam,the floor heave mechanism was analyzed,and the floor heave type was clarified;finally,a reasonable supporting scheme was proposed based on the principle of key position supporting.The numerical simulation results show that,the surrounding rock deformation and floor heave was controlled using the optimized support scheme,and the integrity of the surrounding rock was significantly improved,which ensured the safe production.
