井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气在线监测 被引量:2

摘要 针对煤矿井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气污染物对井下人员造成健康损害的问题,设计了煤矿井下防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气在线监测系统,用于实时监测井下车辆尾气情况。系统由传感器节点、协调器、监控主机组成,采用LoRa、4G、5G等技术建立无线通讯信道,协调器汇聚传感器节点数据再将数据转发至监控主机。经测试,系统通讯质量稳定监测精度高,满足实时监测煤矿井下空间环境防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车尾气排放情况,可为煤矿提供实时数据。 Aiming at the health damage caused by exhaust pollutants of explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in underground coal mine,an online real-time monitoring system for the tail gas is designed.The system is composed of sensor nodes,coordinators and monitoring hosts.Wireless communication channels are established by LoRa,4G,5G and other wireless communication technologies.The coordinators gather sensor node data and then forward the data to the monitoring host.According to the test,the system can offer stable communication quality and precise monitoring result,thus to provide high-quality real-time data,which satisfies the real-time monitoring requirements of tail gas in underground coal mine.
