摘要 中华优秀传统文化融入高职教育人才培养,需要结合学校办学特色与专业特点,深入挖掘鲜明独特的文化育人内涵,在高度、深度和广度上契合学生成长与发展需求;构建多元融合育人的课程体系,实现理实一体、知行合一的文化育人目标;营造全方位立体育人的文化环境,拓展优秀传统文化育人的时空维度;开展校内外各类文化活动,提升大学生综合职业素养;打造文化育人特色品牌,创新精品,引领学校高质量发展。 The integration of excellent Chinese traditional culture into talent training in higher vocational education requires the combination of school-running characteristics and professional characteristics, in-depth excavation of distinctive and unique cultural connotation of educating people, and meeting the needs of students’ growth and development in height, depth and breadth;Construct the curriculum system of multi-integration education, and realize the cultural education goal of integrating theory with practice and knowledge with practice;Create a cultural environment for all-round three-dimensional education, and expand the space-time dimension of excellent traditional culture education;Carry out various cultural activities inside and outside the school to improve the comprehensive professional quality of college students;Create a distinctive brand of cultural education, and lead the high-quality development of schools with innovative boutiques.
