Career Choice Intention and Influencing Factors of Nursing Students from Junior College to Undergraduate

高校扩招及新冠肺炎疫情双重影响了就业形势,专升本护理专业学生因其学历的特殊性,就业压力倍增。采用自制调研问卷,分析影响其择业相关因素,正确引导专升本学生的择业观,调整就业期望值,将职业生涯规划教育与就业指导工作贯穿于本科阶段教育教学全过程,以提高其就业质量。

The expansion of college enrollment and the COVID-19 have both affected the employment situation. Due to the particularity of their academic qualifications, the employment pressure of nursing students who have upgraded from junior college to undergraduate has doubled. A self-made survey questionnaire is used to analyze the relevant factors affecting their career choices, correctly guide the students’ career choices, adjust their employment expectations, and integrate career planning education and employment guidance throughout the whole process of undergraduate education and teaching, so as to improve their employment quality.
