上海磁浮20 kV/6 Mvar国产化动态无功补偿装置的研制

摘要 本文解决上海磁浮示范运营线原有进口动态无功补偿装置主功率模块故障率高的问题,实现采用国产化动态无功补偿装置替代四套进口装置的目标。通过对原有设备失效的深入分析,按照实现功能、优化可靠性和稳定性、探索智能运维等阶段目标,结合功能测试和验证手段,逐步开展研究和推进。采用冗余运行功能,提高设备可用度、稳定性和可维护性;采用CAN+485双总线的主从控制架构实现无功指令的实时下发,实现动态闭环控制;采用长寿命智能功率模块,提高可靠性,实现上海磁浮示范运营线20 kV/6 Mvar动态无功补偿装置国产化升级替代的研究目标。 The development of the indigenous device solves the problem of high failure rate of the imported dynamic compensation device of High-speed Maglev Demonstration operation line,and achieves the goal of substituting the imported device with indigenous products.The research was carried out in phases by means of function test and venification.After a deep analysis of the imported device,the researc h moved forward from the realization of function,improving re liability and stability to study of smart operation and maintenance.The redundancy is implemented to improve equipment availability,stability,and maintainability.The master-slave control architecture of Can+485 dual bus is adopted to realize the real-time issuance of reactive power command and realize dynamic closed-loop control.The long-life intelligent power module is used to improve reliability.The goal of indegenous 20kV/6Mvar dynamic reactive power compensation device of Shanghai Maglev Line is achieved.
