摘要
为探究鞣花酸对应激小鼠血常规指标的影响,将45只小鼠随机分为空白组(CT)、脂多糖模型组(LMT)和鞣花酸组(EAT),空白组和脂多糖模型组正常饲喂鼠粮,鞣花酸组鼠粮添加1 g·kg^(-1)鞣花酸,饲喂15 d后称重,并对LMT、EAT组小鼠按照1 mg·kg^(-1)剂量腹腔注射脂多糖,CT组小鼠腹腔注射等体积的生理盐水,6 h后麻醉处死采血,检测并分析血常规指标。结果表明:鞣花酸对小鼠体重无显著性影响(P>0.05);较CT组、EAT组小鼠,LMT组小鼠脾脏指数显著性提高(P<0.05);LMT组小鼠的白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、中性粒细胞百分比显著高于CT组、EAT组小鼠(P<0.05);EAT组小鼠白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、中性粒细胞百分比显著高于CT组(P<0.05);LMT、EAT组小鼠淋巴细胞数比CT组小鼠有所降低,差异不显著(P>0.05);LMT小鼠淋巴细胞百分比显著低于CT组、EAT组小鼠(P<0.05);单核细胞百分比各组无显著性差异(P>0.05);LMT组小鼠平均红细胞容积(MCV)较CT组有显著性升高(P<0.05)。鞣花酸能有效改善应激小鼠血常规指标的异常。
To investigate the effects of ellagic acid on blood routine indexes in stressed mice,45 mice were randomly divided into blank group(CT),lipopolysaccharide model group(LMT)and ellagic acid group(EAT).Mice in blank group and model group were fed normal chow,while mice in ellagic acid group were fed with 1 g·kg^(-1) ellagic acid for 15 days.The LMT and EAT mice were weighed and intraperitoneally injected with LPS at a dose of 1 mg·kg^(-1),while the CT mice were intraperitoneally injected with the same volume of normal saline.After six hours,blood samples were collected from eyeballs,and the blood routine indexes were detected and analyzed.Results showed ellagic acid didn't significantly affect the body weight of mice(P>0.05),and the spleen index of LMT was significantly increased compared with the CT and the EAT mice(P<0.05).The total number of white blood cells,percentage of neutrophils,monocytes and neutrophils in the LMT mice were significantly higher than those in the CT and the EAT mice(P<0.05),and the numbers of white blood cells,neutrophils and percentage of neutrophils in the EAT mice were significantly higher than those in the CT group(P<0.05).The lymphocyte count of the LMT and the EAT mice was lower than that of the CT group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The percentage of lymphocytes in the LMT mice was significantly lower than that in the CT and the EAT mice(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in percentage of monocytes(P>0.05).The MCV of the LMT mice was significantly higher than that of the CT group(P<0.05).Ellagic acid could effectively improve the abnormal blood routine indexes of stressed mice.
