饲料中添加抗菌肽对肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究不同水平抗菌肽对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取1日龄健康Cobb 500肉鸡1000只,随机分为4组,分别为空白对照组、400 mg·kg^(-1)抗菌肽组、500 mg·kg^(-1)抗菌肽组、氟苯尼考组,分别于14日龄、21日龄、28日龄、35日龄和42日龄称重,计算料肉比和成活率,翅静脉采血检测血清抗氧化指标。结果显示:与空白对照组比较,400 mg·kg^(-1)抗菌肽组、500 mg·kg^(-1)抗菌肽组体重均有提高(P<0.05),料重比降低(P<0.05),成活率提高;血清中总抗氧化能力升高(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量降低(P<0.05),效果优于氟苯尼考组。表明在饲料中添加抗菌肽能显著提高肉鸡的生长性能和抗氧化能力,其中以500 mg·kg^(-1)的添加量效果最佳。 To study the effects of adding antimicrobial peptides on growth performance and antioxidant ability of broilers,10001-day-age healthy Cobb 500 broilers were divided into four groups,namely the control group,400 mg·kg^(-1) of adding antimicrobial peptide group,500 mg·kg^(-1) of adding antimicrobial peptide group and Florfenicol group.The weight,feed intake and antioxidant ability were detected after 14,21,28,35 and 42 day-age.Compared with the control group,the 400 mg·kg^(-1) of adding antimicrobial peptide group and 500 mg·kg^(-1) of adding antimicrobial peptide group could improve weight and survival rate,and decrease feed/gain ratio.The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities increased and malondialdehyde(MDA)content reduced.It was concluded that adding antimicrobial peptides could improve the growth performance and antioxidant ability of broilers.The effect was better when the supplemental amount was 500 mg·kg^(-1).
