刺芋根粉对广西麻鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Lasia spinosa Root Powder on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Guangxi Partridge Chickens

摘要 为研究刺芋根粉对广西麻鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取42周龄(产蛋后期)健康状态良好,体重、产蛋率相近的广西麻鸡216只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复18只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组1、2分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加1%、3%的刺芋根粉,预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组1、2不合格蛋率均显著降低(P<0.05),产蛋率、均蛋重、采食量、料蛋比无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组2的蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度均显著性增加(P<0.05),试验组1、2的蛋黄指数均显著性升高(P<0.05),试验组2的蛋白高度和哈氏单位均显著性提高(P<0.05),试验组在蛋形指数、蛋黄颜色、蛋黄相对重上与对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组1、2血清中的Ca、P、Mg含量均显著性升高(P<0.05),血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)、葡萄糖(GLU)及Fe指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。由此可知,在日粮中添加刺芋根粉对广西麻鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标有一定的改善作用,且添加量为3%较好。 In order to study the effects of Lasia spinosa root powder on the production performance and egg quality of Guangxi partridge chickens in the late peak period of egg laying,216 healthy Guangxi partridge chickens aged 42 weeks were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates in each group and 18 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet.The experimental groups 1 and 2 were added with 1%and 3%Lasia spinosa root powder on the basis of basic diet,respectively.The pre-test period was 1 week and the pilot period was 8 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the rate of unqualified eggs in test groups 1 and 2 decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in laying rate,average egg weight,feed intake and feed egg ratio(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the yolk indexes of test groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the protein concentration height and harrington unit of test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in egg shape index,yolk color and relative weight of egg yolk between the test and control groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of Ca,P and Mg in serum of test groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum ALT,AST,DBIL,TBIL and Glu(P>0.05).It could be seen that the addition of Lasia spinosa root powder in the diet could improve the production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of Guangxi partridge chickens,and the addition concentration of 3%was better.
