新冠疫情背景下承德肉牛产业发展的思考

Thoughts on Development of Chengde Beef Cattle Industry Under Background of COVID-19

2022年3—4月份,作为承德市肉牛养殖大县的隆化县和围场县陆续通报有新型冠状病毒确诊病例,全县域紧急封锁,禁止车辆和人员的流动,给两县的肉牛养殖户造成了不同程度的经济损失。为了解决养殖户生产实际困难,使肉牛养殖业在特殊环境下平稳发展,通过线上、电话等方式调研了新冠疫情对肉牛养殖生产的影响,了解到新冠疫情封控管理对饲料运输、人员进离场、运营成本、疾病治疗均造成了不同程度的影响,95%的牧场主表示疫情给养殖场高效生产带来阻力。基于调研分析,掌握了疫情对牧场生产管理、经济效益的影响情况,并提出三点应对措施建议,以期减少养殖户损失、助力肉牛产业发展。

From March to April,2022,Longhua County and Weichang County,as the major beef cattle breeding counties in Chengde City,were successively reported to have confirmed novel coronavirus cases,and the whole county caused an emergency blockade and banned the flow of vehicles and personnel,causing varying degrees of economic losses to beef cattle farmers in the two counties.In order to solve the practical difficulties of farmers production,make the beef cattle breeding under the special environment develop steadily,through the ways of online and telephone,the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on beef cattle breeding production was researched,the COVID-19 outbreak control management of feed transportation,personnel,operating costs,disease treatment had caused different degrees of influence,95%of ranchers said the outbreak brought resistance to farms'efficient production.Based on the investigation and analysis,the impact of the epidemic on the pasture production management and economic benefits was mastered,and three suggestions were put forward in order to reduce the loss of farmers and help the development of the beef cattle industry.
