不同热裂解温度对畜禽粪便中Cu,Zn形态分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探寻高温裂解对畜禽粪便高效处理的可行性,选取牛粪、猪粪、鸡粪和鸭粪为原料,分别设置250,400和550℃3种裂解温度,探究裂解前后Cu和Zn的形态分布变化。研究结果表明:4种畜禽粪便在不同温度下裂解后交换态Cu,Zn含量均显著降低,且裂解后有机结合态和残渣态的Cu和Zn含量及在各自总量占比有随裂解温度升高而增大的趋势。由此可见,经过一定温度裂解后,4种畜禽粪便中Cu和Zn的有效性则显著降低,这有助于降低畜禽粪便中Cu和Zn元素对环境污染的风险。 In order to explore the feasible way to treat livestock manure efficiently with high temperature pyrolysis,ow dung(CO),pig manure(PM),chicken manure(CM),duck manure(DM)were pyrolized under 250,400 and 550℃,studying the speciation distribution changes of Cu and Zn before and after pyrolysis.Results showed that the exchangeable Cu and Zn in animal manure were significantly reduced after pyrolysis at all temperatures,and the fractions of organic bounded and residual state of Cu and Zn and their proportions in the total amount of Cu and Zn both increased significantly after pyrolysis in all kinds of manure.In conclusion,the availability of Cu and Zn in the four kinds of animal manure will be significantly reduced after pyrolysis,which would be helpful to reduce the risk of environmental pollution caused by Cu and Zn in animal manure.
