摘要 为提高蓄盐集料的缓释融雪性能对于沥青混凝土路面的除冰能力,选用改性氯氧镁水泥作为蓄盐载体,通过改性处理、组成变化、压碎值、接触角以及电导率测试,筛选出防水性能优、抗压强度高、盐分缓释性能佳的的新型蓄盐集料;制备新型蓄盐集料替换细集料不同比率(0%,10%,15%,20%)的沥青混凝土,通过融雪盐缓释性能试验、冰点试验、融冰速率试验、融雪效果测试、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能以及水稳定性测试,优选综合性能优良的蓄盐沥青混凝土。结果表明当蓄盐集料替换率为15%时,蓄盐沥青混凝土的各项性能均符合沥青混凝土路用性能要求,沥青混凝土冰点为-5℃,融冰速率为352 g/(h·m~2),具有良好的除冰融雪性能。经5 a雨水量冲刷后,蓄盐沥青混凝土仍具有良好的盐分缓释效果,可实现蓄盐沥青混凝土融雪除冰功能的长效性。 In order to improve the slow-release snow-melting performance of salt-storing aggregates for the deicing ability of asphalt concrete pavement, a modified magnesium oxychloride cement is selected as the salt storage carrier.The composition change, crushing value, contact angle and electrical conductivity were tested to screen out a new type of slow-release snow melting salt aggregate with good salt release performance and high compressive strength.A new type of salt storage asphalt concrete was produced, in which fine aggregate was replaced by the salt storage with different rates(0%,10%,15%,20%).To obtain the salt storage asphalt concrete with excellent comprehensive performance, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability tests of asphalt concrete, salt release performance test, freezing point test, ice melting rate test, and snow melting effect test were carried out.The test results show that when the replacement rate of the salt storage aggregate is 15%,not only the performance of the salt storage asphalt concrete meets the requirements of the asphalt concrete pavement performance, but also the freezing point of the asphalt concrete is-5 ℃,the ice melting rate is 352 g/(h·m~2),and the asphalt concrete has good deicing and snow melting performance.After five years of rain water scouring, the salt storage asphalt concrete still has a good salt release effect, which can realize the long-term performance of the snow melting and deicing function of the salt storage asphalt concrete.
