低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者的临床价值

Clinical Value of Cryogenic Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation in Elderly Patients with Laryngeal Stenosis

目的 分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者的临床价值。方法 选取老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者68例,按随机数字表法分为射频组(n=34)和激光组(n=34),激光组予以CO_(2)激光手术,射频组予以低温等离子射频消融术。对比两组围术期情况、疼痛程度、并发症发生率及术前、术后3个月嗓音声学参数(基频、振幅微扰)变化。结果 射频组手术时间、住院时间较激光组短,术中失血量较激光组少(P<0.05);术后3个月,射频组基频、振幅微扰较激光组低(P<0.05);射频组疼痛程度优于激光组(P<0.05);射频组发生率[5.88%(2/34)]较激光组[23.53%(8/34)]低(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者可缩短手术时间,减少术中失血量,改善嗓音声学功能,减轻疼痛,加快恢复进程,且手术安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of cryogenic plasma radiofrequency ablation in elderly patients with laryngeal stenosis after larynx cancer.Methods 68 patients with throat stenosis were divided into RF group(n=34)and laser group(n=34),laser group with CO_(2) laser surgery and cryogenic plasma radiofrequency ablation.The perioperative condition,pain degree,complication incidence and the changes of voice acoustic parameters(base frequency and amplitude perturbation)before and after 3 months were compared between the 2 groups.Results Operation time and hospitalization time in RF group were shorter than laser group,less blood loss than P<in laser group(0.05),lower base frequency and amplitude perturbation in RF group(P<0.05);pain was better than laser group(P<0.05)and 5.88%(2/34)than 23.53%(8/34)(P<0/04).Conclusion The treatment of cryo-plasma radiofrequency ablation in elderly patients with laryngeal stenosis can reduce operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve voice acoustic function,reduce pain,accelerate recovery process,and have high surgical safety.
