摘要
“BIM+GIS+物联网技术”融合应用可以在高职院校运维阶段为校园管理者提供技术支持,在校园管理中采用该技术路线的智慧管理平台可以有效地对火灾进行监控、预测和指挥灾害救援,还能够在控制疫情等空气传染疾病方面发挥作用,还可以对资产、人员、能源和地下管网等进行三维可视化管理和数据统计,从而达到保障安全、提高事故救援效率、减少运营成本的效果。
The integrated application of"BIM+GIS+Internet of things technology"can provide technical support for campus managers in the operation and maintenance stage of colleges and universities.The intelligent management platform using this technical route in campus management can effectively monitor,predict and command disaster rescue.It can also play a role in controlling epidemic and other air-borne diseases,and can effectively control assets,personnel Three dimensional visual management and management data statistics are carried out for energy and underground pipe network,so as to ensure safety,improve accident rescue efficiency and reduce operation cost.
