随着中国高铁的跨越式发展,以新发展理念为引领,专业融合已经在企业内部达成共识,成为企业提质增效的有效途径。在高铁综合维修一体化背景下,探索融合岗位能力需求的育人机制是铁路特色院校更好地服务中国高铁发展所面临的重要课题。基于对高铁综合维修技能岗位能力需求的调研、分析,以新发展理念为指引,构建“思政引领、基础先行、专业融合、突出特色”的高铁综合维修技术专业课程体系,为高速铁路综合维修技能人才的培养奠定良好基础,也为铁路特色院校高铁综合维修技术专业课程设置提供参考。

With the great leap forward development of China’s high-speed railway and guided by the new development concept,professional integration has reached a consensus within the enterprise,which has become an effective way for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.Under the background of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance integration,exploring the education mechanism integrating the post ability demand is an important topic for railway characteristic colleges to better serve the development of high-speed railway in China.Based on the investigation and analysis of the post capacity demand of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance skills,and guided by the new development concept,build a high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance technology professional curriculum system of"ideological and political guidance,foundation first,professional integration and highlighting characteristics",so as to lay a good foundation for the cultivation of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance skills and talents,and also provide reference for the curriculum setting of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance technology in Colleges with railway characteristics.
