深化高职院校思政课教学中的“供给侧”改革——以思想道德与法治课为例

"Supply Side"Reform in Ideological and Political Courses Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of the Course of Ideological Morality and Rule of Law

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视思想政治理论课建设,十九大报告明确提出“深化供给侧结构性改革,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军”的总要求。教育部出台了《普通高校思想政治理论课建设体系创新计划》等文件,就高校思想政治理论课教学方法改革与创新等方面提出了建设性意见。因此,在高职院校实施思政课教学“供给侧”改革具有十分重要的意义。对思想道德与法治课程进行了教学改革探索与实践,实施了基于“学习通”APP的教学方法改革与创新,总结了思政课实践教学探索的具体方法和体会,可为其他思想政治理论课教学的更好开展提供借鉴和启发。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the construction of ideological and political theory courses.The Ministry of Education has issued the Innovation Plan for the Construction System of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities and other guiding opinions.Among them,the"Innovation Plan"puts forward new constructive opinions on the improvement of the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and the reform and innovation of teaching methods.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the general requirements of"deepening supply-side structural reform and building an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers".Therefore,it is of great significance to implement the supply-side reform of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges.The teaching reform exploration and practice for the course of ideological morality and rule of Law were carried out,and the teaching method reform and innovation based on the"Learning Pass"APP was implemented,and the specific methods and teaching experience of the practical teaching exploration of ideological and political courses were summarized.The research content mainly revolves around the implementation of the ideological and political course construction spirit of the curriculum.In the implementation of the five specific teaching measures of ideological morality and rule of Law course,the organic unity of value guidance,knowledge education and ability training is realized.The teaching effect is good,which can provide reference and inspiration for other ideological and political courses to better carry out teaching.
