港口同质化竞争是港口企业在发展中出现互相模仿,提供相同服务的低水平竞争,对于港口发展和建设具有极其不利的影响。曹妃甸港口作为我国北方重要港口,在飞速发展过程中形成了同质化竞争困局,严重阻碍了区域一体化进程和区域经济发展,造成了多业主码头、资金困局和区域竞争力弱等实际情况。据此研究得出优化管理、释放政策活力和促进港城关系的解决途径,为政府解决港口同质化竞争问题提供决策参考。

Port homogenization competition is a low-level competition in which port enterprises imitate each other and provide the same services in the development,which has extremely adverse effects on port development and construction.As an important port in the north of China,Caofeidian Port has formed a homogenized competition dilemma in the rapid development process,which has seriously hindered the process of regional integration and regional economic development,resulting in multi owner docks,capital difficulties and weak regional competitiveness.According to this,we can get the solutions to optimize management,release port vitality and promote the relationship between port and city,so as to provide decision-making reference for the government to solve the problem of port homogenization competition.
