新型适应性人才企业岗位胜任力调查与探索

摘要 以企业转型升级为时代背景,结合新工科人才培养特点,通过对吉林省内三家企业的走访调查,制定了适应性人才岗位胜利力模型,并以此为目标,提出了快速适应性人才培养模式,包括:以企业需求为导向的专业课程设置、以实际问题为目标的实战技能培养、以虚实结合为手段的能力建设、以“双师型”为模式的教师团队建设。通过跟踪调查结果,验证了适应性人才培养模式的效果。 Based on the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and combined with the characteristics of new engineering talent training,the project team made a rapid adaptive talent model through the visit and investigation of three enterprises in Jilin Province and proposed the rapid adaptive talent training.The training mode included professional curriculum setting oriented by enterprise needs,practical skills training through the target of practical problems,capacity building through the combination of virtual and real teaching,and teacher team building through the mode of"double-qualification".Through these survey results,an effect of the adaptive talent training mode was verified.
