高职院校师资队伍建设是专业建设的重要内容,职业院校制药专业要以信息化教育教学改革为引领,以师德建设为核心,以专业核心内涵发展为目标,围绕如何打造职业教育的师资队伍,提升队伍的教育教学能力、教科研能力,专业教师和企业技术人员的交流,高级技术人员担任产业导师等方面进行教学创新团队建设。哈尔滨职业技术学院生物制药技术专业为了打造高水平、结构化的教学团队,组建了三体型教学团队、教授团队、博士创新工作室,培养领军型专业带头人和骨干教师,聘请行业知名的技术人员,组建高水平专兼职教师队伍。职业院校生物制药技术专业学生培养质量持续提升,为职业教育复合型技术技能人才培养质量的全面提高提供支撑。

Teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges is the important content of specialty construction.With informatization education teaching reform,Pharmaceutical professional vocational colleges take teacher’s ethics construction as the core,with professional core connotation development as the goal.On how to make vocational education teaching staff,improve the education teaching ability and scientific research ability,we promote professional teachers and technical personnel’s communication,senior technical personnel as industry mentors and other aspects of teaching innovation team construction.In order to create a high-level and structured teaching team,the pharmaceutical department of Harbin Vocational and Technical College has set up a three-body teaching team,a professor team,and a doctoral innovation studio to train leading professional leaders and key teachers,hire well-known technical personnel in the industry,and form a high-level team of full-time and part-time teachers.The cultivation quality of bio-pharmaceutical technology majored students in vocational colleges continues to improve,which provides support for the overall improvement of the cultivation quality of composite technical skills talents in vocational education.
