This paper introduces a pneumatic cut-off ball valve used in BDO efficiency improvement and energy increase project,and expounds its structural characteristics,working conditions,process conditions and working principle.Combined with the characteristics of working conditions and process conditions,the structure of this ball valve is improved and designed.The ball valve with optimized structure avoids the metal scratch of the valve stem,reduces the risk of large torque and inflexible rotation of the valve stem,and improves the performance and service life of the valve.
