基于TOGAF的可持续发展智慧校园构建

The Construction of a Sustainable Smart Campus Based on TOGAF

现今,我国教育信息化发展水平的大幅跃升,有力推进了智慧教育的快速发展,智慧校园作为实践智慧教育的重要载体,其可持续发展有利于提升智慧教育水平。然而,智慧校园通常偏重于传统模式的硬件部署及系统建设,可持续发展的基础设施规划、应用平台构建及业务治理则存在不足。基于此,文章首先分析了可持续发展智慧校园的治理需求,并研究如何进行相适应的智慧校园架构设计,以支撑其可持续发展。然后,文章尝试将在全球大规模机构治理中广泛采用的TOGAF引入可持续发展智慧校园架构治理中,构建了基于TOGAF的智慧校园架构。最后,文章提出了TOGAF智慧校园架构的应用方案,通过业务治理来实施可持续发展智慧校园的实践。文章的研究成果能够为构建可持续的智慧校园提供参考,助力智慧教育发展水平进一步提升。

At present,the development level of educational information has jumped significantly,which has promoted the rapid development of smart education.As the important carrier of practical smart education,the sustainable development of the smart campus is beneficial to improving the level of smart education.However,the smart campus usually focuses on the hardware deployment and system construction of the traditional model,and there are shortcomings in the infrastructure planning,application platform construction,and business governance.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzed the governance needs of a sustainable smart campus,and investigated how to carry out appropriate smart campus architecture design to support its sustainable development.Then,this paper tried to introduce TOGAF,which was widely adopted in global large-scale institutional governance,into the architecture governance of sustainable development of the smart campus,and further constructed a smart campus architecture based on TOGAF.Finally,the application scheme of TOGAF smart campus architecture was put forward,which implemented the practice of a sustainable smart campus through business governance.It was expected that through the research,this paper could provide a reference for the construction of a sustainable smart campus and help further improve the development level of smart education.
