地图化在线学习服务的内涵、构成与实现 被引量:1

摘要 丰富在线学习服务模式是提升在线学习质量和效率的关键,然而在线学习服务在支持规模化与个性化相统一的在线教育过程中,出现了学习资源堆积化、学习交互操作繁杂化、学习服务支撑缺乏个性化等问题,导致学习者在线学习的意愿不强、使用时长较短、完课率较低。对此,文章提出了一种地图化在线学习服务方法,并从在线学习资源的组织与管理、学习过程交互与个性化学习支持三个方面介绍了其内涵与功能构成。为检验学习者的使用与接受意愿,文章通过本研究团队开发的地图化在线学习平台,在“数据结构”课堂教学中开展应用,结果显示学生对地图化在线学习服务的接受度较高。文章通过研究,期望能够扩展、丰富在线教育与学习的服务模式,提高学习者的在线学习意愿和学习投入,并为破解在线学习的低质、低效难题提供新思路。 Enriching the online learning service model is the key to improving the quality and efficiency of online learning.However,the online learning service encountered the problems in supporting the unification of scale and personalization in online education,such as the accumulated learning resources,the multifarious learning interaction operation and the lacking of personalization in learning service support,which lead to learners’weak willingness to learn online,short usage time and low-class completion rate.Therefore,this paper proposed a map-based online learning service method and introduced its connotation and corresponding functional components from three aspects of organization and management of online learning resources,learning process interaction,and personalized learning support.In order to test learners’willingness to use and accept the online mapping service,this paper applied the map-based online learning platform developed by the research team in the classroom teaching of“Data Structure”.The results showed that the students had a high acceptance of the online mapping service.The research in this paper was expected to expand and enrich the online education and learning service model,improve learners’willingness and investment in online learning,and provide new ideas for solving the problem of low quality and low efficiency in online learning.
