澳大利亚中小学在线网络安全教育及其启示

Online Network Security Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Australia and Its Enlightenment

随着网络的普及,网络安全问题发生人群低龄化趋势明显。在线教育具有不受时空限制且受益人群广泛的特点,这使借助在线方式开展中小学网络安全教育的紧迫性更加突出。澳大利亚作为世界上较早关注网络安全教育的国家之一,在青少年在线网络安全教育方面进行了长期的探索,并取得了一定的成效。因此,文章从澳大利亚中小学在线网络安全教育目标入手,从学生、家长和教育工作者三个方面详细分析了其内容体系,并剖析了其在线学习资源设计与实施方面所提供的保障机制,最后总结了其对我国中小学在线网络安全教育的借鉴意义,以期为促进我国中小学在线网络安全教育的快速发展提供参考。

With the popularization of the network,the trend of network security problems occurring in the younger population is obvious.Meanwhile,online education has the characteristics of being free from time and space restrictions and benefiting a wide range of people,which makes it more urgent to carry out network security education in primary and secondary schools with the help of online methods.Australia,as one of the countries that paid attention to network security education earlier in the world,has made long-term exploration in online network security education for young people,and has achieved certain results.Therefore,starting from the goals of online network security education in primary and secondary schools in Australia,this paper analyzed its content system in detail from three aspects of students,parents,and educators,and analyzed the guarantee system provided by the design and implementation of online learning resources.In addition,it summarized its reference significance for online network security education in primary and secondary schools in China,in order to promote the rapid development of online network security education in primary and secondary schools in China.
