我国高校大学生甲组运动队建设与管理研究

Research on the Construction and Management of Colleges Group A Sports Team in China

通过文献资料法、实地调研等方法,对我国高校大学生甲组运动队建设与管理进行长效研究,在总结其现状的基础上,发现:当前我国高校大学生甲组运动队建设存在目标定位分散、教练员专业技能参差不齐、运动员专业素养欠缺、运动保障尚不完善、思政文化建设力度较弱、运动队特色模糊等问题;建议:细化运动队建设与管理目标、加强教练员专业技能培训、重视运动员专业行为建设、实行运动队保障制度化、推行体育思政课的开展、打造高校特色运动队建设等,以更好完善我国高校大学生运动队的建设与管理。

Through literature review and on-the-spot investigation,this paper made a long-term study on the construction and management of the Group A sports teams of college students in China.Based on the summary of the current situation,this paper found out that there are some problems in the construction of the Group A sports teams of college students in China,such as different targets,inconsistent professional skill levels of coaches,and lack of professional quality of athletes,sports guarantee,ideological and political culture construction and characteristics of sports teams,etc.Suggestions:Colleges should refine the construction and management objectives of sports teams,strengthen the training of coaches’ professional skills,attach importance to the construction of athletes’ professional behaviors,institutionalize the guarantee of sports teams,integrate ideological and political education with sports,and build characteristic sports teams in colleges,to improve the construction and management of college sports teams in China.
