公园城市理念下丘陵地区生态营城思路探索--以简阳市为例

Exploration of Ecological City Formation Thought in Hilly Area under the Concept of Park City:A Case Study of Jianyang City

公园城市是生态文明背景下对城市发展模式的最新探索,是满足人民美好生活需要、引领城市转型升级的先进理念;生态营城将高品质生态空间作为城市发展根本,并利用其外溢效应实现城市宜居度等多方面提升,是体现生态价值全方位转化的重要路径。丘陵地区因其独特的山水形胜,具备构建大美公园城市的基底形态及探索生态营城思路的基础条件。以具有典型丘陵地区特征的简阳市为例,紧密围绕人民需求与生态文明的关键结合点,从适景识别、合理打造、城园融合、趣味营城4个方面对丘陵地区生态营城思路进行探索,以期为其他类似地区提供借鉴。

Park city is the latest exploration of urban development mode under the background of ecological civilization,is an advanced concept of satisfying people.s needs for a better life and leading the transformation and upgrading of city.Ecological city formation thought takes high-quality ecological space as the foundation of urban development,and uses its spillover effect to improvecity livability,has become an important path to reflect comprehensive transformation of ecological value.Because of the unique landscape shape,hilly area has basic conditions to build the base form of big and beautiful Park city and explore the idea of ecological city.The paper takes Jianyang city,a typical hilly area,as an example,focuses on the critical combination of people.s needs and ecological civilization,explores ecological city formation thought in hilly area from four aspects:landscape identification,reasonable construction,integration of city and garden,and interesting city construction,hoping to provide references for other similar areas.
