摘要
公园城市建设是基于生态文明建设的未来城市发展新形态,通过分析各城市公园城市建设优势与短板,优化公园城市建设,助力早日形成公园城市群。基于公园城市内涵与发展目标建立评价指标体系,并运用熵值法和综合评价法建立评价模型,以已有一定发展基础的新一线城市为例开展公园城市评价,通过横纵向比较分析不同城市特色,为公园城市建设推广和管理提供科学支持。研究表明,综合分析来看,新一线城市公园城市建设水平参差不齐,杭州市和南京市公园城市建设综合评价值相对较高;就子系统而言,新一线城市公共性建设相对更好。
Park city construction is a new form of future urban city development based on the construction of ecological civilization.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of park city construction in each city,the construction of park cities is optimized and the park city group is formed as soon as possible.The evaluation index system is established based on the connotation and development goals of the park city,and the evaluation model is established using the entropy method and the comprehensive evaluation method,and the park city evaluation is carried out by taking the new first-tier cities with a certain development foundation as an example.Through horizontal and vertical comparison and analysis of different city characteristics,it provides scientific support for the promotion and management of park city construction.The results showed that from a comprehensive analysis,the level of park city construction in the new first-tier cities is uneven,and the comprehensive evaluation value of park city construction in Hangzhou and Nanjing is relatively high.And in terms of subsystems,the public construction of new first-tier cities is relatively better.
