基于靶器官和证据权重模型评估土壤重金属健康风险 被引量:3

Health Risk Assessment of Soil Heavy Metals based on Target Organs and Weight of Evidence Model

摘要 以某硫酸厂重金属污染场地为研究对象,评估该场地重金属对人体的非致癌健康风险。在导则暴露评估模型的基础上,采用靶器官毒性剂量法(TTD),对重金属能够产生毒性作用的靶器官进行健康风险评估;采用证据权重模型(WOE),分析多种重金属在靶器官内的复合效应,以修正靶器官的危害指数值,并将其与常规方法进行比较。结果表明,采用TTD和WOE模型得出的HI和HII值分别为31.842和34.609,大于常规的评估方法HI值15.932。研究认为,TTD和WOE模型能表征重金属对人体多个器官的影响水平,能更严格的反映土壤污染对人体产生的健康风险。 Taking a heavy metal contaminated site of a sulphuric acid plant as the research object,the non-carcinogenic health risk of heavy metals on human body was evaluated.Based on the exposure assessment model in the technical guidelines,the target organ toxicity dose method(TTD)is used to evaluate the health risks of heavy metals to target organs.Using the Weight of Evidence Model(WOE)to analyze the interaction of multiple heavy metals in the target organs,to correct the hazard index value of the target organs.Compare it with conventional health risk assessment methods.The results showed that the HI and HII values obtained by the TTD and WOE models were 31.842 and 34.609,respectively,which were greater than the conventional HI of 15.932.Studies have shown that TTD and WOE model can represent the effects of heavy metals on multiple organs of human body and reflect the health risks caused by soil pollution more stricdy.
