The Clinical Application of Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis

摘要 人体是一个有机整体,各个系统时刻保持动态平衡。容量负荷、脂肪含量和肌肉水平的失衡都预示着疾病的发生发展,若未能及时发现并采取有效的防治措施,将导致严重后果。生物电阻抗分析作为一项人体成分分析技术,是测量机体部分和整体容量负荷、脂肪含量及肌肉水平的检查方法。该方法的出现使得更多疾病,例如心功能衰竭、单纯性肥胖、肌少症等能被及早发现,便于临床医生进行及时有效的干预。尽管其测量的准确性尚未在人群中得到反复验证,但因其与传统的人体成分评估方法相比具有安全、便捷、经济、综合等优点而被越来越多的临床医生和患者所接受。该文综述了生物电阻抗技术在现代临床医学,包括患者容量管理、体重管理、肌肉含量评估及营养指导等方面的应用及前景。 The human body is an organic whole,and each system keeps dynamic balance at all times.Imbalances in body fluids,fat mass and muscle mass indicate the occurrence and development of diseases.If we fail to detect in time and take effective preventive measures,it will lead to serious consequences.Bioelectrical impedance analysis,as an examination method that can accurately measure the partial and whole body fluids,fat mass and muscle mass,enables early detection of various diseases,such as heart failure,simple obesity,sarcopenia.Therefore,the clinicians can make timely and effective interventions.Although the accuracy of bioelectrical impedance analysis has not been verified in population,it has been accepted by a growing number of clinicians and patients because of its safety,convenience,economy and comprehensive advantages compared with traditional body composition assessment methods.In this review,the application and prospect of bioelectrical impedance technology in modern clinical medicine,including patient volume management,weight management,muscle content assessment and nutritional guidance will be summarized.
