摘要
声幅测井有测量套管波首波幅度和套管波首波面积两种方法,对应的3ft源距声幅水泥胶结解释图版有两种“诺莫图”,基于LEAD平台用C++语言对两种“诺莫图”解释图版开发了水泥胶结精细解释模块。软件建立了声幅与套管外径、套管壁厚、衰减率以及视抗压强度关系,建立了低密度和常规密度水泥浆体系固井质量解释方法和标准,实现了由胶结指数以及抗压强度创建水泥胶结解释成果曲线和列表,实现了自动处理解释。通过实际处理解释成果与行业标准解释方法结果对比,表明模块结果正确、可靠,效果优于当前利用声波幅度相对法解释固井质量状况,值得推广和广泛应用。
Acoustic amplitude logging has two methods for measuring the first wave amplitude of the casing wave and the first wave area of the casing wave,and the corresponding 3ft source distance sound amplitude cement cement cementing interpretation plate has two kinds of"nomotus",based on the LEAD platform with C++language for two kinds of"nomotus"Interpretation Plates developed a cement cement fine interpretation module.The software establishes the relationship between the sound amplitude and the casing outer diameter,casing wall thickness,attenuation rate and apparent compressive strength,establishes the cementing quality interpretation method and standard of low-density and conventional density cement slurry systems,and realizes the cement cementization decontroduction result curve and list created by the cementing index and compressive strength,and realizes the automatic processing interpretation.Through the comparison of the actual processing interpretation results with the results of the industry standard interpretation method,it shows that the module results are correct and reliable,and the effect is better than the current use of the acoustic wave amplitude relative method to explain the cementing quality status,which is worth promoting and widely applying.
