摘要
为提升极端灾害条件下配电网故障恢复能力,文中提出计及电力与通信动态交互影响的智能配电网灾害故障协调恢复方法。建立配电网电力-通信耦合的复杂网络模型,将两者耦合影响关系转化为故障恢复过程的约束条件。将故障恢复过程分为通信失效下的电网重构与负荷快速转供以及电力通信动态协调抢修与负荷综合恢复2个阶段,动态量化电力与通信恢复可带来的负荷恢复量,优化电网恢复和通信网恢复过程,以最短时间实现最大化的负荷直接恢复与转供恢复。实际配电网算例结果表明所提方法可将灾害故障的恢复耗时降低7.69%,停电损失降低9.27%。
In order to improve the fault recovery of the distribution network under extreme disasters,this paper proposes a coordinated recovery method that considers the dynamic interaction between power and communication network for disaster faults in the smart distribution network.A complex network model of power-communication coupling in the distribution network is established,and the coupling influence relationship is transformed into the constraints of the fault recovery process.The fault recovery process is divided into two stages:grid reconfiguration and rapid load transfer under communication failure,and dynamic coordination of power and communication repair and comprehensive load recovery.The amount of load recovery that can be brought by power and communication recovery is dynamically quantified,and the process of grid recovery and communication network recovery is optimized to achieve the maximum direct load recovery and transfer recovery in the shortest time.The actual distribution network calculation results show that the proposed method can reduce the recovery time of disaster faults by 7.69%and the loss of power outages by 9.27%.
