基于进度控制方法的输变电工程前期管理优化研究 被引量:5

Study on Optimization of Early-Stage Management of Transmission and Transformation Projects Based on Schedule Control Methods

摘要 前期管理在工程项目管理中扮演着重要的角色。以进度控制中的单代号网络图和时标网络图为工具,对输变电工程的前期管理进行系统研究。首先利用单代号网络图对项目前期、工程前期分别进行流程优化,使得并行工作占比从75%、45.5%分别提高到87.5%、90.9%,并对两者进行一体化整合,实现项目前期和工程前期的一体化管理,并行工作占比进一步提高到94.7%。然后利用时标网络图对输变电工程前期管理工作周期进行压缩,以单项工作的典型耗时为基础,通过压缩关键线路上的单项工作耗时,最终将理论总工作周期从一体化整合后的22个月压缩到16个月,压缩率达27.3%。本文的研究方法具有实践价值,对提高输变电工程甚至其他类似工程的依法合规建设水平和业主的管理效率具有参考意义。 The early-stage management plays an important role in project management. Using singlecode network diagrams and time-scale network diagrams which originated from project schedule control theories,the early-stage management of transmission and transformation projects were systematically studied. First,management processes of project early stage and construction early stage were optimized using single-code network diagrams,raising the parallel work ratios from 75% and 45.5% to 87.5% and90.9% respectively. In order to realize the integration management of project early stage and construction early stage,management processes were properly integrated,furtherly raising the total parallel work ratio to 94.7%. Next,the early-stage management period of transmission and transformation projects was compressed using time-scale network diagrams,by means of reducing the time of an individual work in the critical path. The period compressing study was based on the typical time data of individual works.Eventually,the early-stage management period was compressed from 22 months to 16 months,realizing a 27.3% compression ratio. The studying methods were practically tested valuable and should be helpful to improve the legal construction level of transmission and transformation projects and even other similar projects. The management efficiency of the project owner may also be improved resorting to the methods provided by this article.
