川渝地区天然气产业链协同优化

Synergic Optimization of Natural Gas Industry Chain in Sichuan-Chongqing Region

天然气产业链涵盖产运储销等诸多环节,各环节若独立决策将难以实现整体最优。为此,根据川渝地区天然气产业链特点,基于混合整数线性规划方法建立了一个以总利润最大化为目标,集管网建设、产销平衡、管网输送和储气库调峰决策为一体的天然气产业链协同优化模型,并用Benders分解算法进行求解,最后进行了案例分析和参数敏感性分析。结果表明,所提模型和算法可为川渝地区天然气产业链协同规划提供决策参考,产运储销成本、管网投资参数、外输气多元化、外输气价格等参数显著影响天然气产业链协同优化方案。

The natural gas industry chain covers many sectors,such as production,transmission,storage,and distribution. If these sectors make their own decisions individually,it will impede overall optimization. Therefore,according to the characteristics of the natural gas industry chain in the Sichuan-Chongqing region,a synergic optimization model for the natural gas industry chain was developed based on the mixed integer linear programming method. The model maximized the total profit and optimized the pipeline network construction,the balance of production and distribution,the gas flow,the injection and extraction volumes of storage reservoirs. The proposed model was solved using the Benders decomposition algorithm and applied to a case study based on the information derived from the natural gas industry chain in the Sichuan-Chongqing region. Finally,the sensitivity analysis of important parameters was investigated. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can provide a reference for the synergic planning of the natural gas industry chain in the Sichuan-Chongqing region. The costs of production,transmission,storage,and distribution,the investment cost of pipelines,the diversification of outward gas transmission,and the price of outward gas transmission will significantly affect the synergic optimization scheme.
