摘要
基于生产计划系统、运输管理系统和仓库管理系统,研究了汽车入场物流供应商、制造商和第三方物流的系统协同问题,在满足每个订单时间窗的情况下,通过集货协同达到降低系统总成本的目的。结合问题的实际背景,建立了混合整数规划模型,并提出了分支定界法和启发式算法,进行了数值实验,验证了模型和算法的可行性。
Vehicle inbound collaborative logistics problem including manufacturer,3PL and suppliers was studied based on production planning system,transportation management system,and warehouse management system.The research objective was to decrease total costs in the method of consolidation in subject to time window constraints.Mixed integer mathematical model,as well as branch and bound algorithm,and heuristics were developed.Then numerical experiments were done to demonstrate the validity of proposed model and algorithms.
