摘要
近二十多年来,在国家政策引领和校企合作实践探索中,我国社会力量参与混合所有制办学改革卓有成效。但也存在诸多的阻力和难点。本文试着梳理混合所有制办学链条,并查找关键“卡”点,逐个分析瓶颈,设法疏通阻力。从混合所有制界定、国家政策制度、各方动力激发、合作办学形式、学校运行机制、学生生源吸引等方面对链条上关键点进行了分析与建议。
For more than 20 years,my country’s social forces have participated in the reform of mixed-ownership schools with fruitful results in the guidance of national policies and the practical exploration of school-enterprise cooperation.But there are also many obstacles and difficulties.This article tries to sort out the chain of running a school with mixed ownership,and find the key“stuck”points,analyze the bottlenecks one by one,and try to clear the resistance.From the definition of mixed ownership,national policies and systems,motivation of all parties,forms of cooperation in running schools,school operation mechanism,and student attraction,it elaborated on the analysis and suggestions of key points in the chain.
